Your mission at Visual Meta? As a Junior Quality Manager (m/f) – Italy you take responsibility for the quality of our Italian portal www.shopalike.it and help our users to find exactly what they are looking for.

Your challenge:

• You play a key role in quality management (quality assurance and control) as well as in providing relevant content for the platform
• You ensure that shop items match user searches in correct categories and filters
• You extend and modify current categories as well as provide general website improvement
• You research relevant product keywords 
• You monitor continuously the market and our competitors
• You maintain the Italian platform for various devices such as desktops, mobile pages, tablet pages and our mobile apps

Your offer:

• You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent working experience in quality management         
• You acquired ideally first experience in the e-commerce sector and knowledge of the Italian e-commerce market         
• You possess a native level of Italian and good English skills, spoken and written         
• You have a good understanding of MS-Office as well as (ideally) good HTML knowledge
• You bring analytical and logical thinking         
• You feature a structured and organized working manner with a high attention to detail
• You are a team player, proactive, flexible and communicative
